Poppy has come to us from a well known breeder in South Australia known in the past for their broad, substantial Dogs. David and Anne Waterman of Vindissa Bernese were kind enough to let us take Poppy. She is from the last Vindissa litter ever to be whelped, to the imported bitch "Glanzberg Wilma (Imp. UK). Thank you so much David and Anne for entrusting such a sweet girl to us...
Poppy is of medium height.. She has great proportions, is very well-balanced & has the most beautiful outline on the stack.. Her movement coming & going is clean & true and she has a wonderful sweet Berner temperament and happy disposition. For her height, she has good bone, a gorgeous thick coat & lovely rich markings. Poppy is just a pleasure to have around... She is a favourite with our daughter Millie: Poppy stands in the playroom while Millie adorns her with multi-layers of beads and ribbons!! ...a more loyal Berner temperament you would not find...
Poppy has only been shown on occasion, already with a Runner-Up Best in Specialty Show from the Junior Class, multiple Best of Breed wins, Junior in Show & 3 Junior in Group awards and also Baby Puppy in Show as a youngster!
